Most of what we fit goes into bedrooms, living rooms and home offices — the rooms where a hot afternoon or a stuffy night actually costs you something. A single wall-mounted unit suits one room. For two or three rooms, one outdoor unit serves them all, each with its own control, so the bedroom can be cool while the living room is off.
The outdoor unit sits on the ground or a wall bracket, pipework runs neatly through the wall, and a single room is usually finished in a day.
Apartments have their own questions: where the outdoor unit can go, what the freeholder allows, how the condensate drains. A balcony or flat roof usually solves the first. We handle the paperwork side with you, and the survey settles the rest before anything is drilled.
A comfortable room keeps customers browsing and staff working. We install wall-mounted and ceiling-cassette systems for small commercial premises across the area, price them ex VAT, and can work around opening hours. Larger premises are surveyed and priced on site.
